We do not refund orders after an order is placed.
If a product arrives damaged or with defaults, a replacement may be issued. Other than that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If an item arrives damaged please return the product back to our shipping address with a tracking number to be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, a replacement will automatically be applied. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as providing a tracking number for the package.
